West-View Facing Garden Home in North Boulder, CO

This residence grew and grew from a relatively small Kitchen/Family room fixer to a rather large house facing  the beautifully crafted garden in back on the west side. An oversize exterior patio and outdoor room is defined by a white pergola over sandstone. Interior rooms comprise the Family/Entertaining area extension, a new master suite above the extended Dining Room and Kitchen additions, a new Den addition with office above with spiral stair connection. Despite the somewhat incongruous sequencing of the project, the home’s focus on the garden and views ties everything together.
